About

I'm a Senior Manager in Marketing Data Science at Salesforce where I build production ML systems that drive real business value. This work has included developing uplift models for personalized campaigns and predictive analytics.

I was previously a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia Tech's Design Intelligence Lab, where I researched the use of cognitive AI techniques in agentic AI systems. While at the lab I co-authored papers at AIED 2025 and ITS 2025 on our research and deployed an AI product for use in an online Georgia Tech course.

I'm passionate about building intelligent systems that solve real-world problems, whether it's deploying production models that impact millions in revenue or advancing the state of cognitive AI through peer-reviewed research.

Developed a hybrid QA agent combining neural and symbolic approaches that achieved 82% user preference and 0.82 SBERT score, significantly outperforming GPT-4 and RAG baselines.
